Digg, Delicious, or Google Promote / Notebook?

Hello,

I'm relatively new - okay really new - to social networking sites. The Zone is the first I've ever signed with, minus an experimental account on Twitter.
So am curious for those who've done this:
Do you use Digg, Delicious, the Promote buttons you see in Google search results when signed into Google, or something similar?
Which do you like and why?
For those who don't mind postulating, do you think these sites really affect web site traffic? I've been following the recent theories / discussions on this more community-based rating method, and of course it sounds good, but just curious from a user's perspective. I guess Digg is probably closer to Google's promote / demote system as sites can be "buried" or "digged" (dug?)
Do these work as advertised on your mobile devices?
